Please Help Me Out!

I'd love it anyone and everyone would take at least 10 minutes out of their day to help me out by taking this survey. It's actually a project, so I'm not making any money or whatever off of it. It's anonymous, I only see how many people take it and the results.
I'd appreciate it if you ACTUALLY took it and not just looked at it. I'm kind of on a time crunch because I need to results in order to write the paper. Oh college.
