I have to program an "app" by the 25th in Adobe Flash, which I'm completely new to (even though I want to be an animator and I know I'll be using it very often). Up until today, I've been trying to just program all the buttons to work, and I've been getting a stupid error message. So I went to my lab instructor and she helped me see the problem, and of course it was a stupid mistake. (I really feel like there are only small mistakes that f*ck up programs. They may be a compilation of small errors, but they add up.)
It's up and running so far, though I have a long way to go. A few loops, a few custom functions, I have to dummy out some of the more ambitious crap, and I should be somewhat okay. Maybe. Hopefully. I'm just glad I got over my fear of asking for help and went to the lab instructor, 'cause now I feel like I'm okay. I hope she has a good night and I hope she enjoys her day off tomorrow, since all classes are cancelled for Veteran's Day. :P
And this past weekend (yesterday, to be exact) was my three-year anniversary with my boyfriend!! :D I won't go into corny details but I'll just say that this weekend definitely wasn't long enough, haha.
On a completely unrelated note I did something with my rotting Wattpad profile even though I'll probably never use it again. I just realized that Say It Like You Mean It! was dead there for a few years, so what's the harm in mass-posting the rest of it, even if it's total crap? XD
Oh yeah, and I did something with my dead Fictionpress account. :P
I'm not leaving Mibba or anything, I just wanted to see what would happen. I doubt I'd gain any traction on Fictionpress but it can't hurt to try. Plus, the wide story layouts are horrible. o_O
