After Oakheart

Last night my comrades and I shared in a bottle of Bacardi Oakheart, a smooth & spiced rum, as it claims on the bottle. Being one of the most expensive bottles of alcohol I have bought, it quite honestly was worth the expense. Not only because it is one of the sweetest rums I have consumed, but it also acted as a wonderful fuel for conversation.

I like to play devil's advocate. A lot. And when a discussion arose of what we all think of Eckhart Tolle's spiritual teaching you bet your bottom dollar that I naturally played opposition. This however morphed into an argument (of the fairest of intentions) about this society, faults in capitalism, 'the system', our morals... What exactly was said doesn't matter. What matters is that we talked. We discussed, we got heated and passionate in our arguments (again all good-natured). We were 100% involved and it felt great.

If there is anything that feeds my semblance of a soul it is argument and discussion.
