Hello! Any French Speakers out There (Native or Learning)?

I have a school assignment where I have to come up with 12 rules for my room using the subjunctive mood. I've already written them out and had them proofread once but I really would like a second/third pair of eyes on it! Would someone please be able to proofread and help me fix my 12 sentences?
