Detoxing, the Gym, and Working Out

Tomorrow I'm going to start a liquid detox and do that for 21 days to clean out my system. I'll have a salad 3 times a week. But the rest of the time it's going to be mostly water, hot chocolate, diet cokes, and juice.

And do heavy cardio 5 times a week and 45 minute treadmill run every Saturday and Sunday.

My period is going to be here in a few days and I don't want to accedentally put on water weight and I want to get rid of bloating faster.

This is safe though. I had a friend that did it and he's healthy.

Sorry for the typos. It's 11 and I'm headed to bed.

I'm going to try to go to the gym at 4:15-6:00 if I can get up that early.

I don't like working out when too many people are there, so I try to go early in the morning or late at night.

If my friends are there, that helps motivate me some and we have little "competitions" to see who can lift the most, run the longest on the treadmill, etc.
