So Happy and Questions

OKAY SO.

I went to the gym this morning at around 4:35 or so.

I haven't been back but a few minutes.

The only reasons I came back was because I had to feed my cats, I wanted to rest up (because I'm going back at 5:30 tonight), and I wanted to get on Mibba.

Okay, so onto the point of this blog.

When I got home the first thing that I did was feed my cats and then let them out (the female was in all night and the male refuses to use the litter box)

Well, after I did that, I decided to weigh myself.

Before I weighed myself, I took off my clothes (except my bra and underwear) because I wanted the scale to be as accurate as possible.

I stepped on the scale.

151.6!

Last time I weighed myself, I was 155.0.

So, I'm excited.

Also, my detox starts today :).

So, I have a few questions:
1. Do you go to the gym?
2. If so, how often do you go?
3. On a typical day, how many minutes/hours do you workout?
4. Are you into health and fitness?
5. Do you weigh yourself?
6. Do you count calories?
7. Is there a certain food that you don't eat (not because of the taste, but because of the sodium and calorie content?
8. If you go to the gym, do you do more cardio or weight training?
9. What's your favorite HEALTHY food?
10. What's your favorite JUNK food?
11. Are you an active person?
