Since This Will Be My First Detox...

I'm going to do it this way.

Monday-Tuesday~Fill up on water, juice, diet coke, and hot chocolate
Wednesday~Only have one solid meal that day at dinner time (MAKE IT SMALL). The rest of the day, fill up on liquids
Thursday-Friday~Fill up on juice today
Saturday~One small tiny meal at dinner time. Drink a lot of liquids today. Before you have that solid meal, drink 3 cups of water and after you have it, drink 2 cups of water.
Sunday~Eat only two solid meals-lunch and dinner. Make them average size (but not too much food) and drink a lot of water today.

Wednesday morning will be my weigh in day.

I'll workout 7 days a week for 5-7 hours each day (not all at once, a few hours in the morning and a few at night.
