Decided against doing the liquid detox. But what I might do, is a 21 day no junk food challenge. But of course with my own twist.
I can't live without diet coke or Mexican food. So, I'm going to make it to where I can have Mexican food once a week (Wednesday's or Saturday's) and diet coke once a week (Wednesday's or Saturday's)
I think this will work. I hope it does.
I start this challenge Monday.
I'm going to make a chart for it too :)
Anyway, it's about that time. Going to go and head to the gym for a few hours and then I'll be back on (if I'm not too tired XD).
Or I might be back on tomorrow after church.
Or I'll take my laptop to church (I get there 2 hours early) and I'll get on before people show up.
I don't like using my phone to get on Mibba.
