Summertime!

Heyo!

I'm extremely excited about this one thing: It is summertime, school is out. I am officially a freshman. Woah, that's scary, but I am seriously super, super excited about summer. I'm really not doing anything all that exciting this summer (except, you know, band camp. xD band camp.) but I'm super excited just to have some time actually by myself do some personal growing, personal exploration after a year (or was it two years?) of tragedy, of hate, and of stress. I honestly think that this time alone will ultimately be just a wind down time for me, to take some time for self-growth and to get back into old hobbies that I miss terribly and to try new things. Even if I look at writing, I've almost completely halted it due to lack of time, and when I did have the time just being too overly stressed to do something about it. I guess I'm just expecting that a bit of time away from people night make me a happier person. I don't know. I hope so. I might be wrong, though. Who knows.

Anyway, speaking of hobbies, I've sort of a predicament. Chainmaille, I am into it. I think that its a beautiful, productive, historical craft. It's calming for me. It's also expensive, too. That, I can't really handle right now, as I really only have seasonal jobs, and I opted out of working this summer for a vacation that got cancelled. So, no money for that. Which sucks. I don't know what to do now. I was wondering if anybody could recommend a fun and slightly inexpensive craft or hobby to try out. I like doing something productive, something that yields something, like knitting or crochet, but not those specific things as I've taken a knitting class before and I find it more or less a task than something enjoyable.

Welp. I suppose that's it. I would post a gif of a pug going down a slide here, but I'm on my phone and can't get one without this page refreshing. *sigh*. And, if I forgot to mention, IT'S SUMMERTIME!!!!!! So, yeah. I have all the time in the world. I should be sticking around more :D

Stay amazing,
xoxo
