Accidental Pumpkin Vine

So those of you who have stuck with my bucket gardening blogs will know that I had said I kicked my melted jack o' lanterns into the rose bushes and low and behold one of them created life! So we've had this vine growing for, I don't know a month? Maybe a little over? I had been watering it off and on in the evenings just to see if I could get any pumpkins out of it. And with no prior knowledge of planting pumpkins I assumed they were just flowering and then poof gone. The flowers kept dying and they all looked female. But the last week I've seen bee's around them, and as much as I despise bee's I allowed them to live so they could pollinate my pumpkin flowers. Though, really I felt as if nothing was going to become of them. Then today I decided to check them out and I found this little beauty, a nice BIG bulb. I'm super excited, hopefully we get ourselves a pumpkin, I don't even care if it's just one!
