Here's my previous resource blog: Writing Mixes for All
It has been updated recently, so you will find some new mixes.
But there are so many available resources out there that I wanted to split my resource blogs into different themes. So much of this blog is going to be for Names/Titles:
The 7 Rules of Picking Names for Fictional Characters
Nameberry - A baby name site that's pretty good.
Nymbler - This one's kind of cool. If there's a name you really like, it provides other names you might like.
Behind the name - My preferred method for finding names, or at least for finding a starting point.
There's also a surname version
Behind the name has a random name generator
Fantasy name generator
Random title generator
Random sci-fi/fantasy title generator - I am recommending this one because you can get some funny results
donjon - Otherwise known as generator heaven. A lot of RPG resources work for sci-fi/fantasy writing as well.
While it doesn't fit with the theme, I'll leave you with this:

You know what? Here is a good tumblr for writing character development. They have a lot of resources there, too. writingwithcolor is "a blog dedicated to writing and resources centered on racial & ethnic diversity," to quote their page. fixyourwritinghabits is a good general resource.
Enjoy.
