Its unreal how many female anchors and reporters disappear every year.
But witnessing what happened yesterday morning, it makes me almost fear my line of work. Yes, I know journalism can be a high-risk job, especially internationally, but this is so terrifying. These people did not even report anything wrong. Why target such good people?
And people are trying to make it a race thing. Can we not for once? A sick man killed a reporter and her cameraman. That's all that needs to be said.
People in the journalism field grieve for these these two and their families.
