Dear Diary 12 || Goals: Hulk Angry

12. Do you have any goals that you’d like to accomplish before the end of the year?

I’d like to focus on being less stressed out. If I can relieve some of my stress, and the migranes that come with being stressed I think I’d be okay.

And I’d adore it if my sleep schedule could get back on track.

Goals I can actually accomplish though… I want to stop drinking sodas again. I want to finish something by the end of the year (It’s been a long time since I’ve finished a story). I want to write a piece for the Reader’s Digest contest that I keep missing. The due date was September 14th, and I’ve missed it the last two years in a row.

But most importantly, my main goal in my life is to figure out this anger problem I have. I need to learn to stop being so upset all the time. I used to be laid back and mild mannered, but now I’m like Hulk mad at the smallest things. Then again I suppose I just expect more from the people I’m around every day.
