It Has Been Way Too Long!

Holy shit. Excuse the minor profanity.

I first signed up to this site five years ago roughly. I had a few followers for my A7X fanfics... though I never actually got around to finishing them. This year (or what's left of it) should be the time for me to jump back on the writing wagon, though I have been REALLY SLACK with this as well as my art :(

I want to be able to continue on with these hobbies that I had begun to do from the age of eleven. I'm now 25, have a five year old son, a stable job that takes up most of my week... the thing I'm lacking though is not only motivation, but also SOLID story plots. I have finally drawn up my characters from seven years back as well as having added new ones along the way. I began to write an original story of my own, but so far I have completed a prologue and a start to the first chapter.

So, does anyone out there have any ideas on how to keep a good story going? Also with work mentally draining me it's hard to keep a good mind at work when all I want to do when I get home is sleep or game!

More or less... how is everyone doing on here? Has much changed on this site recently apart from adding popular fanfic links??
