Mirrors Kill Me

In middle school we had a self-acceptance seminar. These girls came in to talk to us about how ideas of beauty in society can corrupt young people's ideas of beauty. They talked to us about their eating disorders and then had us write what we like and what we don't like about our appearances. We had to write these things on a card and then have our picture taken. Then they had us throw away the picture of us showing the list of flaws and wanted us to keep our list of positives. Anyways, I don't have either of them because when I looked at the pictures, my list of negatives greatly outweighed the positives. People say that you shouldn't care about people's judgement, but it's my own judgement that I care about.
If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?
Probably my self confidence because there are too many things I'd change appearance wise.
