Meet K. Monroe

I had a chance to speak with author K. Monroe for a short interview. She's a fantastic author and super nice person. Also, check out her The Sims blog here!

1) What made you start a Mibba page?
I started writing on Mibba when I got tired of messing around on Quizilla. I used to write terrible stories—mainly WWE fanfics—and I wanted something that was a bit better. Something that I had more control over.

2)What inspired you to write?
Hmm, it's been so long. I just wanted to try something new. It started with a Twilight AV fanfic I never completed. From there I just kept going.

3)Have any favorite authors?
I'm completely enjoying Sarah J Maas and Marissa Meyers. I'm currently in the middle of the “Throne of Glass” series and the “Lunar Chronicles”.

4)What is your favorite book genre?
I love young adult literature, it's awesome! Especially fantasy! I'll give anything with magic and mythical creatures a try.

5)Favorite TV shows?
Right now my favorite shows are iZombie and Supernatural. Thank God for Netflix.
