So I literally recognize nobody here, which is not a surprise, because I left this site when I was like 17 years old and I didn't come back. I kind of stopped writing for a while too, to be honest. I picked it back up and am currently an English major with concentrations in Creative Writing though, so that tells you a little bit about my perseverance.
If you don't remember me, here's a refresher:
I look a hell of a lot different now, I know..buuut I am almost 21 years old and that thing where you get older and no longer look like a confused child in a makeup store happened to me.
So let's see what all has happened since we last spoke...
1. Graduated high school in 2013
2. Started classes at a community college
3. Got in a very, very unhealthy relationship
4. Moved in with my best friend
5. Moved AGAIN with her after her mother passed away
6. Received a beautiful mini dachshund as a gift, named her Effie, she is my life (this was a guilt gift from my now ex-boyfriend)
7. Transferred to the university of my dreams
8. Changed my major from Psychology to English
9. MOVED AGAIN
10. Got a restraining order on the ex of 2 and 1/2 years
11. Purchased a cat for no reason
12. Published my first book
13. Am now a senior in college.
Okay, so that's basically a list of major events in my life I suppose, since I was 17. There have been some speeding tickets along the way as well as many awesome/failed relationships and friendships. Life has happened to me and I feel as if I have handled it.
Anyway, I just wanted to stop by and say hello, see what's going on...nothing has really changed here I see. ;)
