Any Ideas for a Love Journal?

My partner is super supportive of my writing, and is absolutely enamoured with gifts that take a lot of time and effort. I've been tossing around the idea of making a love journal, where I can write about moments up until this point, milestones we meet as a couple, and journal entries for when I miss him/feel super appreciative/am frustrated with him but still love him. But aside from that I don't know what else I can put in it, and I want to be really creative and show just how much he means to me through this gift. It's a long term gift, so I plan on working on it until at least May, when our anniversary is. But I could really use some ideas, if anyone has any! It can be cutesy, simple, anything! I would really appreciate it!
