Organizing Writing Tips?

Hai.

So I'm currently bored as shit. I have a million other things to do, but I'm running from my problems and procrastinating as per usual.

I'm currently attempting to organize my writing projects on my computer. Currently it seems like their all over the place, and that I have no actual system. I have folders and sub folders, but I was wondering how every one else may organize their stuff. Like I've got it as "Writing", and then it goes into "fandoms/originals" folders, and then it goes by "story name/oneshots" and then sometimes if it's a chaptered story, it goes "Chapter 1" etc, and then at the bottom a "Master Post".

Does anyone else do that? I feel like maybe having them separate and a master post is overkill? Or am I just being lazy? I like my master post thing so if I want to print it out (I'm notorious for writing stuff I like to read as there's never things I like to read), so I don't really want to get rid of it, but should I get rid of the whole 'multiple single chapters' thing? (Excluding drafts/to be edited).

Also, anyone else add graphics into their (word document of choice) stories? Like I like to have my banners/cover photos and brief description in the document as if I want to post it on another website, it's already there instead of me having to come on here and get it.

The procrastination is real. So any writing organizing tips you have, please share with me.
