I have the worst sleep habits guys. I can never stay asleep for longer then four hours. I just sleep for a few hours, then I'm up for a few hours. Then I go through being asleep and awake all night. I feel so tired at work lately, and I yawn at least a hundred times a day because I am so sleepy! Maybe I should try some sleep aids, but I plan on talking to my psych med doctor about some medication options. The only thing I didn't like about a prescription sleep aid(when I use to take them) is that I always felt groggy when I woke up, even if I got a full 8-10 hours of sleep.
I also need to talk about the doctor about anxiety. I had a panic attack the other day. I haven't had one in a solid 6 months now, so it really sucked when I had one last night. Why did I have a panic attack? Because I got all worked up and nervous about work. I am just so afraid to fail at this place, and I got myself worked up about the silliest things here. I need to learn to chill out.
