I Don't Want to Hear About the 'Financial Burden' Trans Soldiers Are on Our $600 Billion a Year Military

I just felt like the title needed to be said, all things considered. I'm not going to address it any further in this blog.

But anyway, I brainstormed a little bit last night on a possible new story, but I don't just want a "new story," I want to write a novel I can take seriously, so I'm trying to find the right plot, conflict, and characters for prose, as I am prone to writing a plot that would fit better in a movie or a video game. So I just have to bear with myself. I might start writing some shit today, to see what sticks, what I like, you know. I'm planning on doing a complete reworking of another story I wrote a couple years ago and got to 75,000 words before I gave up on it (I do that a lot. I really need to stop giving up).

But also, today I have to do my entrance counseling for student loans and apply for a parent PLUS loan on behalf of my mom, so we will see how much I get done today.
