Ready to post re-vamped story, no internet

So, my internet has gone down due to the cable company, and may be down for days. Possibly weeks. This absolutely sucks. The company has told me it will take time to fix, and i may need a new router, as the transformer that blew up the street from my house may have fried my cable box, modem, and router.

How those three things were the only things in my house to supposedly be fried, i have no clue. Especially when they were plugged into a surge strip, which i believed was supposed to keep that from happening.

The only reason I'm able to get on here now is because my tablet is contracted with my cell phone and has unlimited data. I tried to transfer the chapter to my tablet, but its being stupid and won't let me transfer it.

I hate technology.
