So I don't very often share stuff about my daughter, but I'm really proud of her today... Now my little girl is 6 and is extremely shy, especially when it comes to entering new situations. Today was her first day of school and she just moved up to Year 2 with a new teacher and a whole new classroom to navigate... but she went with no issue and came home a happy camper.
Shelby loves to bake, but doesn't usually help with dinner... except for tonight she did and she also helped make dessert too! She did exactly what I told her and I obviously dealt with the oven side of things, but this is how it turned out.

With her shyness, it's hard for her to come out of her shell and it took her a lot to go into school today without crying. She pushes through so much and she's just... she's my world and I couldn't be prouder!
