I Finally Did It!

Back around May 2017 I started a project called The Land of Infinite Whispers for Camp NaNoWriMo. I got, like, 30,000 words in before I just lost steam and didn't know where to take the story and I was really hating the point it was at, so I put it on the back burner while I brainstormed to figure out exactly how to connect all the pieces and define the concepts.

I just finished editing the first chapter! It may not seem like a big deal, but this is a piece I am very passionate about and I want it to be the best it can be. After more than a year, I FINALLY WENT BACK AND FINISHED EDITING THE FIRST CHAPTER! It had been the hump keeping me from getting back into that story and I'm finally over it. Of course it's not in "final draft" stage yet, but its at least on like... the fifth?

It feels so great to have finally made definable progress. Like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Go ahead and give it a read! I posted it in 5 parts, totalling up to about 6,000 words.
