If you know me, you know Halloween is totally my favorite holiday ever. I look forward to it every year. Last year I didn't get to really enjoy it (or rock my halloween costume) because my appendix turning into an abscess and completely fucking up my insides. But this year is going to be different. And I've already thought about what I'm going to dress up as.
The idea came to me because I had Medusa by Dirty Heads suck in my mind.
I'm going to dress up as a modern day Medusa. Less toga, more leather. It'll be like Medusa turned biker. Why biker you ask? Last year I dressed up as a Southside Serpent from Riverdale. I bought the leather jacket with the Southside Serpent logo on it and everything. I love that jacket and have worn it a couple times since Halloween. And I have these heeled boots I love. And I have a snake ear cuff I could wear. I just need to find a shirt to wear, figure out how to do my makeup and make a snake hair piece. I'll probably have to wear a wig because two to one, I'm keeping my hair short for the time being.
Mostly likely this'll be my Halloween costume idea unless I figure out something else. If I do anything else, it'll have a special effects makeup aspect to it.
I saw a cute/gory cat costume idea but it is HBC (hit by car) Cat and I don't think that's tasteful costume for a vet tech. It'll be an easy costume since I have all the accessories for it. I went as a cat for halloween a couple years ago.
I don't know. I just can't wait for Halloween to get here! I might even experiment with outfits for the Medusa costume throughout the year.
