Ugh.

I'm embarrassed beyond all belief at the garbage-y dumpster fires on this account. I am also going to change my name to my favorite song at the moment by my favorite metal band. Anyways,

Has anyone done an Ancestry DNA test? Mine came back with 49% Central/Eastern European-European Jewish. According to what Ancestry itself says along with a couple of articles I collected, this makes me a hybrid of Israel and European: An Israeli-Europe mix. So interesting. And the idea of Jewish being an ethnicity is strange because, like one of my new friends explained to me, there are Jews from every category: African Jews, Italian Jews and I'm sure Arabian Jews. Plus I do not, and have never, identified with Jewish practices so I will not call myself that. If anyone is an expert, could you tell me if Central/Eastern Euro-Jewish makes someone Middle Eastern? Because I don't want to identify as something I am not or, like Naomi Scott as Jasmine (I hated this casting but after thinking about it, I don't give a crap-Jasmine was NEVER played by an Arab-M.Eastern actress in her whole history yet Naomi Scott is an issue? Girl bye.), take a chance away from someone of Middle Eastern descent. Thanks if anyone sees this! My DNA results were interesting aside from the Jewish thing.
