#27 - Signs You Are Going to Be a Great Writer(11) - Bravery

How many times do you think average people would try writing before they give up?

Less than one time.

They gave up before they even tried.

They would tell you that they had want to be a writer since they were kids.

They said they were ready to actually do something about it.

They said they were going to write and they were going to pursue their writing dreams.

But before they made any move, they kept asking themselves.

" Am I smart enough? "

" Do I have talent for writing? "

" What if people don't like me and my writings? "

" What if I write so bad?

" What if people make fun of me? "

" What if ...? "

They were afraid of failure and rejection and they couldn't find ways to overcome them.

They got scared off even before they took the first step.

Some of them did try one or two times.

They wrote badly and failed big, which was normal.

People made fun of them, even bashed them, which was not unusual.

Their friends and families suggested that they should give up to do something else.

They were frustrated and defeated.

They even felt angry.

They torn the paper and threw the pen away.

They stood up and left the room.

They never wrote again.

So let me ask you.

Is there something you just need to try once or twice and you can succeed in it?

Great writers fail more times than the average.

They are afraid of failure and rejection too.

People call their names and make a big laugh at them.

Sometimes they want to give up.

They are confused and struggling.

They don't know what they would or should do.

But they love writing so much.

It is part of their lives.

If they give up, they would be nothing.

So they fight back.

They smile.

They take a deep breath and talk to themselves.

" I can do it! I can do it! "

" Let's do it again! "

" Next time I will be better! "

They open their mind and heart to the negative feedback.

They learn from their failures.

They try it again.

Even everyone in the world tells them to give up.

They still keep talking to themselves.

" Let's try again! "
