Photoshop?

Heya, I know it been a hot minute since I've been on here, but I just got Photoshop cc 2019 is there anyone that can help me figure out simple edits and coloring? I'd be forever grateful to anyone who can help. I'm not a complete graphics noob I'm just a photoshop noob and I have absolutely no idea where to start or how to get anything right, I went through some tutorials and they're still not coming out the way I'd like.
