Rules:
1. No fan-fiction if you win a one-shot.
2. Reviews only on a single chapter of a story or a short story.
3. Give as much detail as to what you'd like if you win the short story.
4. You're allowed one switch if you so desire, you can also deny a gift if you don't like what you received.
