Changes

Anyways! Hi y'all. Lots of things have happened since my last blog and it's so weird because there was a time where I would be so excited to tell everyone on here. Like one time, I was so eager to announce my internship in LA that I drafted a blog before it was official and then posted it as soon as I signed the offer letter. Oh the good old days.

Well now here we are, 4 years later and almost full circle because guess who got a job and is moving to LA? Ya girl.

So yeah, that's the biggest thing, honestly. Thought I'd just start there. I started the job already, it's a Purchasing Coordinator role at a non-profit organization based in LA, which is something I'm super excited about. One of my dreams was the work at a non-profit so check. But I've been loving it so far. Suuuuuuuuuuuch a stark difference from my last job, where I wanted to fling myself out of a window every day.

Seriously. It was horrible. Never work at U-Haul (corporate or not), people.

Anywho, the new job is the reason why I'm moving (in 3 days lol)! And also because it's been my goal for years. Those of you who know me from Mibba's hey day know this. I've been wanting to go back since college, basically. But I kept making excuse after excuse to stay in Phoenix.

I'm super excited about it but I'm also sad to leave Phoenix. I've lived here for 25 years, it's all I've ever known. But I know LA will be fun and I'll be happy there.
