BUSINESS = HELL!

I have spent all damn day doing business courswork.

All damn day!

It is 3.30pm and I have been sitting in this flamming chair since 11.20am (minus 15 mins for lunch and reg). This is the wonderfully, interesting crap I've just written.

NAME OF COMPANY intends to get feedback on the quality of its service from its customers.
This is going to be done by routinely asking them to fill out a questionnaire at different periods during the time that their event is being planned. These questions will focus on how they feel they are being treated, how their event has developed and the strengths and weaknesses they experienced in the service. It will also ask are they satisfied with the quality of the service they are receiving. Customers will also be asked to complete a questionnaire after their event had been held. This will enable the company to get an overall picture of how the service is viewed as the event develops.

Complete and utter rubbish, eh? The entire course is rubbish in my opinion. But we do what we do don't we? :) Chin up, Em.

Now I've motivated myself to do this work I better get back to it! Lucky me!!!! :)
