Battle Of The Bands

Ok well today at my new school there was a battle of the bands competition cos its our schools 50th anniversary and this year's theme was rock =] (last year's was pop O_O) it was sooo kewwwl >.<
First, we only had a few classes, and my first one was study hall and i just listened to my ipod and then i realised it was really late and i asked the only other 2 ppl there if first period was over and they said YES like aaages ago and i was like DAMN and my next class was english with ms sanders D= EVILNESS but it was ok amazingly enough =P
Anyways after our classes we got free pizza, sausies and fizzy drinks, yes, FREE!!! hehe and then we went out onto the astro and the guys were playing footy while us girls played walking chasing O.o but id much rather play that anyway cos i SUCK at football =P and then i got talking to a girl that everyone hates, but i don't know why cos shes soo nice and funny =] and we talked for ages and just acted like idiots hehe and theres this big graveyard behind the pitch and she was telling me when her mum went to the school, she was a boarder, and she was really "gothic" and her and her friends used to go out to the cemetery to make out with each other and i was like O_o um ok WHATEVER FLOATS YOUR BOAT =]
Aaanyways, then we went back to form class and this girl told me she likes this american dude that was wearing this funny hat and big aviatiors and really surfer dude looking hair he looked funnaaay but in a cool way x] and i was like hehehe and kept teasing her, but in a NICE way lol sooo then we went to the hall for the battle of the bands and the first band was AWESOME! they were called Imulsion and apparently theyve been a band since like first year, and the singer was kinda nerdy looking but really hot at the same time xD and he had his shirt open hehehe and the guitarist was so cool he did all these cool jumpy thingos and then the next band was called The Animation and they consisted of 2nd years and they were freakin brilliant for 2nd years!! aaand i cant remember what the other 2 bands were called but one guy had a cool hat >.< and well the bands played mostly their own songs but one played Fleurescent Adolescent by the Arctic Monkeys and some other song i cant remember =P anyways The Animation won and then they had this band play that had been on the radio before and they graduated a couple years ago from our school and then they sold some of their EPs after the show but i couldnt buy one cos i only had 3.50 and they were 5 euro =( DAMN if only i didnt buy a smoothie!!! >X( so yeah that was my awesome day =]
