Acedia

Everyday, i get a new project, homework assignment, test, or quiz and i procrastinate them to the last minute. I guess you can think about it and it can be considered one of the SEVEN DEADLY SINS. It is considered Sloth (Acedia).
I always wait to the last minute and i swear this will be the death of me.
By procrastinating i end up getting F's on assignments. I know that if i do not stop now i know that when it becomes time for college, and the business world i will not succeed.
I try everyday to break my habit. No matter what it will not subside. I HATE it, just thinking about the stress of having to do something in enough time makes me depressed. In my case SLOTH is the most deadly sin.
Does any one here know how to help me in my situation? If it doesn't stop now, it never will.
