Layouts

Does anyone know an easy way how to learn to make the HTML layouts for mibba?
because I still have the boring orange and blue layout and i want a really cool one. Like i clicked on other people's and they had AWESOME ones. So if you have any answers or anything can you comment on this journal becuase i REALLY want a cool one that has a cooler background than orange and blue. OK i have to make this question at least 100 words long which means i have to ramble a lot so if you want to help just PM me or comment on this journal as i already stated.
I bet if i click on ur comment username you'll have an awesome profile and that's what i need help with! I cant make one or maybe i should just look on the internet on how to make html layouts.
