Lately, I've just been so apathetic to everything. It's great. Like if something bad happens, instead of getting upset, or lairy, i just go "shame". It has done wonders for my blood pressure, I'm sure.
Maybe i'm just becoming more mellow (yay! mellow!) or my anti-depressants are working better.
But anyhoo, just thought i'd share. Getting angry doesn't solve anything - especially if you've lost something. Saying "Shame" makes you laugh & keeps you calm enabling you to find whatever you've lost, etc, etc.
I also just wanted that as a title, cause i'm just sad.
