My opnion on the casting of the Twilight film and such.

Before anyone reads this: I''m a nerd, okay? I throughly enjoy writing about my favorite books. Moving on:

I believe Robert Pattinson and Kirsten Stewart will doing an absolutely fantastic job at playing Edward and Bella. And I do believe that people should stop giving them a hard time.

First of all, I'm 99.9% sure that the casting people, director, screenwriter, etc. are all fully aware of how big Twilight is. So, I'm positive that trying to get those parts, must have been a great challenge. I think that the both of them should be awarded and praised for how talented they must have been to get those parts.

Also, playing Edward Cullen and Bella Swan is not an easy role. Think about it: Twilight is not your average lovestory. It's not a, "Oh I love you," and "Oh, I love you, too." kind of thing. Bella and Edward are very passionately in love with each other. And as an actor trying to portray that kind of love with another actor that you [probably] haven't ever met before, is pretty hard. [In my opinion.]

Both Robert and Kirsten are extremely good actors, and I have no doubt in my mind that they'll pull off Twilight flawlessly.

As for the crew, Catherine Hardwicke did a fantastic job at directing Thirteen, and I definitely know she'll direct Twilight with the best of her abilities.

Oh, and just to prepare you for the worst:

If something goes wrong in the film that you/we don't like,
go for the director, because it's not the actor's fault if the director is telling them to do that. That's their job. Follow the director. So, when we start up an army of angry teenage girls, go to their houses. [Kidddiinnng.]

But, we all know that won't happen.

In other non-nerdy news:
The end of my semester is up, and now I switch out of computers and ROTC, and I'm in art and P.E.

Which, I don't like.

I want to be spinning weapons again. And doing ranks. And marching. And being in charge of really tall stupid boys. This depresses me sooo.

Anyways.
End of my rant.
