confused!

hello people its me again, Angel. well today was a pretty interesting day. well i felt this weird pain in my chest when i saw my ex-boyfriend with his girlfriend. am i still in love with him? im not so sure. please help me, wut shood i do?!?!my heart is aching from all of the pain that i am feeling in my heart. do u guys know how i shood deal with all of this pain. please help this short blonde girl!i think im ready to start crying ...again..do i ask him back out or do i just keep hurting?i am in love with him again....*sobs*...please dont be mean o me like you did in my last journal entry. thank you so much!
