Stupid Move on My Part

I really need some advice. So about six weeks ago my boyfriend Troy went to the desert and he told me ahead of time that he would be with two girls (Kammi and Marissa) that really liked him. Well he leaves and I tell him before he leaves that I have a funny feeling about this weekend and what do 'ya know. The next day on Saturday I get a text message from his phone saying "mmmm baby!!! ur bf is one hella kissr!!" So I totally flip 'cause he told me that I could trust him and now I get this text message? What the hell?? So I tell him I wanna break up even though I don't know that this was completley true and now I feel like a total idiot for letting him go and even when I broke up with him I felt like a total idiot and wanted to kill myself for doing that. So I really need to know what I should do, say or whatever to get him to forgive me and get him back because truth betold I loved him then and I still love him now and life with out him is almost unbearable to me.
