Important note

Hi all

I am in a lot of pain in my foot and on so many painkillers and sedatives that updates seem unlikely for the next few days... back to hospital Wednesday so we shall see what happens then.

Hopeully the pain will ease before then but if not I won't be updating as I want them to make some kind of sense... Same goes for if you update... i will read but not comment, hope that's all right with everyone.

I can't apologise enough for the delay.
