Texas Culinary Academy School

Well it's offical I'm now going to the Texas Culinary Academy in Austin my home town. It's crazy on the first day I was the only one that was loud. Most of the students in my class are from out of town. There are only like 13 in my class. I find that the school is real fun you get try different stuff from the Culinary (cooking) Students and they get to try our (baking students) stuff. It's crazy we did this servsafe thingy where you learn what goes on in the kitchen and if you cook your food wrong what bacitrea's (spelled it wrong) are still in it. It's crazy cause i use to love to eat fish and now I'm never eating it again. I'll post this stuff up later and maybe some recepies too.
