Okay. Lurkers, seriously.

WHY DO YOU NOT COMMENT ANYTHING YOU READ!?

I must attract lurkers or something, because there are so many things I've written that people read 'til it's over, and then...maybe four commenters out of two hundred readers. What. The. Hell.

Do you know how hard some of us work to put out this stuff!? Do you know how many days/weeks/months we spend on a single story to try and PERFECT it? Do you?

The least you could do is comment it! Comments build ratings, as do subscribers. Do you really think it does me any good to get my ratings up (and we all know that the higher the rating, the more people read your material) if you don't frickin' comment!?

Yeah. Sending me a message to say, "Yeah--this was really good" is great and all, but let's be honest: I'd like to see that little thing down at the bottom of the My Mibba page saying I have more comments on my stories than my inbox full of messages.
