Earthquakes, earthquakes, and more earthquakes!!

We've been having a lot of earthquakes here recently. Nevada has always been a prime zone for them, but usually the most earthquakes that you can feel happen maybe once a year.

But for about the past month, it's just been earthquake after earthquake. There were over a hundred recorded yesterday, including the biggest one I've ever felt, a 4.9 on the Richter Scale. It was really freaky, because it was about 11:40 at night, and I was home alone, when it struck. I hid under my desk until it was over, but it was so huge I almost started to cry. Stuf fell off of the shelves in my room, and all of the drawers pulled out. After that, I was jumping at every little aftershock. I dragged a pillow and a blanket under my computer desk in my room and slept there for the night, too frightened to sleep in my own bed.

If an earthquake bigger than that one happens when I'm home alone again, I'll probably need therapy. -.-
