Profile, videos, CSS

hello, I was just wondering about a problem with my profile, I can't put videos?
why not and if you know how can u teach me :)

I have tried to put them in the layout and that won't work, I've also tried to put you tube and tinypic videos either off them will work...

And when I put things in the layout on other places than in the about sectin the profile gets all messed upp or the pictures ot signs that I put aren't there

Then there's the CSS stuff, how do you make on you're self ? Can anyone give me a link to a place to learn it I'll really be greatfull if you do ...
