Sunburns and Alka-Seltzer?

Attention Everyone! Sunburn Remedy!

If you get sunburned, put 4 Alka-Seltzer tablets in bath water and soak. It really does work. My cousin's daughter got badly sunburned a couple days ago. She is about 6 or 7 and had been at the pool for about 6 hours. It wasn't her parents fault. She was with her grandmother. It was so bad that she was starting to get blisters. My dad remembered something he heard Dr. Oz say about Alka-Seltzer. We recommended it to them and as of today she looks a lot better. Her nose is still red because well you can't soak your nose but the rest of her is almost healed. It's like a miracle. We were amazed to find that it really works. I have never heard of this remedy before. I thought it might be useful to other people who may not know about it. Also using aloe gel when you’re not soaking is a good way to get temporary relief. I would have never thought to put something for cold in bath water for anything. Just makes you wonder how many things can be fixed by using common household items. Maybe everyone should just try random stuff to see if it works on common ailments.
