i saw a couple break up today. i watched as they walked side by side as normal, then slowly begin to fight&&then i saw her walk in class tardy with of course, eyes with a waterfall just waiting to pour out.
i saw her trying&&trying to hold it in as best as she could…but she couldn’t. In a matter of seconds her face turned red&&puddles landed on the desk. she held onto her jacket tight the whole class, probably because she no longer has a boy to hold on tight to. this girl is an overachiever, a straight A student, perky…even if it was a fake perky, but still a good kind of perky. she was like this everyday...everyday but today.
it just sucks because i knew the guy was a jerk from the start&&she could do so much better than him. it sucks to see a girl with everything fall down to nothing in a matter of seconds. &it sucks, that i saw the whole thing with my own eyes&&i know that if i don’t be careful i could let a boy ruin me, just...like...that.
