When it's a matter of rich or poor why is it the rich always win?

I just got fired today because the bosses daughter needed a job and mine was the only one she could do. The boss is the richest person in the entire company i work for and I, who is struggling to pay for anything that i actually need, was the one to get cut just because some rich kid decided to get employed. I have to pay bills and she is younger then I am and still lives perfectly safe under daddy's roof. If anyone else thinks this is completely unfair treatment please comment because I am unbelieveable upset at out poor society rules.
