Going to my Grandmother

Hi Everyone.

My Dad and I went to his Mom and the highway was blocked so we had to use another road, we eventually got to his Mom. My Dad discussed divorcing my Mom (My Mom didn’t come with to my Gran) with his Mother infront of me (I didn’t mind) and then we went to the beach. My Grandmother lives in walking distance of the beach. I had a great time and then she took some photos of my Dad and I. I also had a gigantic chocolate ice cream.

We went back to my Gran’s house and then we had lunch which was lamb, sweet potato and pumpkin, (I thoroughly enjoyed the pumpkin). We then talked a bit more and then my Dad and I went home.

My Dad and I had to go home on this dreadful coastal road because the highway was blocked. The coastal way was full of shacks and it was ghastly. There was also alot of vacant beaches which was really creepy. My Dad explained that the beaches had a very strong current and you could drown easily so people don’t swim there. I hope I never have to go on the Coastal road again...

Two days later I washed my hair for the school interview that was the next day.
