The house creaks,
Doors slam
Keys enter locks

While the sister is away
The Chi stays burning
The TV and iMac are on at the same time
GASP!
Think it possible or not;
You can watch television,
IM people,
Play Zuma and Big Money,
And post angry stuff on MySpace
All at the same time
Not to mention the texting

What happens when your alone?
Relaxation? No
Loneliness? No
Boredom? Not exactly
So what does happen?
I can tell you what happens at my house

Dad calls
Computer overheats
HBO plays porn after a movie is abandoned and no attention is paid to what's on next
The phone rings, but it's not at arm's length, so I hope it wasn't important.
Plans for the next day occur...
Or the next time I'm alone
Christening 28's girlfriend Stupid Girl so I can ramble about her on MySpace

Thinking of the past fourteen year as it comes to a close
Too many things to list...

But what happens to the time?
It never slows, but never speeds
How does it fly so quickly?
As soon as I was left alone
I am then in noisy laughing
Not that it's a bad thing
