STORY TITLE HELP!!!!

Hey, i have this story that i've been writing, but i have no title for it.....and i really need help with the title before I got and post some of the chapter's i have written......

VERY small summary: Raychel Farley has decided to be a mute for her life....will she ever find someone who she thinks is worthy to talk to?......among other things, she will change like she's never thought she would change

is any one could come up with any kind of title i'd be very greatful! and who knows, i might have you as a person in the story....it wouldn't be a major person, but i need a lot of names, can't just have the same few people talking...it'd get kinda boring! lol
