Seems a while since I last posted on here.
Being on holiday does that too you I guess. For the last two weeks I've been in my hometown; Cairns.
I had the best time ever. Seeing everyone; The ex-Fiancé and spending time with them. Seeing him finally gave me closure, knowing and believing myself that I am infact, over him.
Seeing all my old school friends just brings back the best memories for me. Year 7,8,9 and whatever other holidays I've been on.
I've only been gone from there for 2 years, but it feels like I haven't been there in 20 years.
Family.
Friends.
Aquantinces.
I saw the Dark Knight. I don't know about anyone else here, but Heath Ledger has offically become my hero. Or at least one of them. All of his movies are amazing, but his role as The Joker in The Dark Knight, in my opinion, was just the height of his career. Of course, Brokeback was also a new role for him, playing a homosexual cowboy. But bringing the Joker character in a new role that couldn't have even been mastered by Jack Nicholson.
I've seen it twice now, I can actually say I fucking love this movie. It's become a new obsession. It's just, almost heart-breaking knowing that Heath Ledger won't be acting anymore, ever again, because of one mistake, he's been wiped from our screens for a lifetime.
Whilst on holidays, I also got my first ever Inkage. It was great. 1 and a half hours of lying down while three different needles were running against my back. I'd defianately get more. And I'm going too. [There's a pic on my profile]
I've also re-done my profile. I think it looks pretty rad. Maybe check it and tell me what you think?
